LEC builders is actively involved in real estate development projects in the Denver Metro area and North Denver Suburbs.  We focus on ground up, for sale, construction, commercial construction (core and shell / TI buildouts) and site development projects for custom homes.  We have successfully completed a variety of projects across different industries and sectors. From commercial buildings, site development, to custom homes, we have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.  

Currently, LEC builders is underway on a 54 Acre, 17 lot, custom home / estate property outside of Berthoud, Colorado and Denver residential projects.
